This Kitchenrama 12 ltr x 2 twin tank electric fryer with thermostat & drain pump KEF 12l-2 has a capacity of 12 litres per tank. It has been developed to cater for the needs of small restaurants and cafes that need large volumes of fried food, such as chips, chicken, fish and more. This is an inline model which consists of two 12 litre stainless steel tanks. These are fitted with a twin tap and drain pump that is suitable for both hot and cold water. The upper tank is filled with hot oil at a temperature between 180-190 degrees centigrade and the lower tank is filled with water at a temperature between 35-45 degrees centigrade. This will ensure that the oil does not cool down too quickly, which cause the oil to become solidify. There are also two taps fitted on the front of the unit for each tank allowing you to drain your oil into a suitable container when needed. The temperature display shows you what temperature the unit is set to so you can easily control your cooking process to get perfect results every time.
